Shipping Policy Details

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Shipping may be affected by holidays, special events, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Information

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your package by clicking the tracking link in the email or by logging into your account on our website.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes for certain products. Some items may have additional shipping restrictions or may not be available for international shipping due to regulations.

For international orders, please note that customs fees, import taxes, and duties are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We can only change the shipping address if the order has not yet been processed. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Do you offer expedited shipping for all products?

How do I track my international order?

International orders are trackable just like domestic orders. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please note that tracking information may be limited once the package leaves the United States.
